Yes, you can definitely trust the buyer, as in order to place an order, they must pay for it, and the money is held on the Parlaxy platform. As a traveler, you don't purchase items from the order until the buyer has paid for the order, so you can be confident that your money will be returned to you and you will receive your reward. This is the money-back guarantee from Parlaxy.

We strive to create a global community of travelers and shoppers based on safety and trust. Therefore, we guarantee a refund of your money in the following cases:

• You did not receive your item within the expected delivery time, and the traveler did not notify you of a possible delay.
• You were given the wrong item, different from what you ordered.
• The received item was damaged.

If you encounter any issues with your order after confirmation, please contact your traveler. If the traveler cannot resolve your issue, contact customer support.

A deal outside Parlaxy violates the Terms of Use. Conducting a transaction outside the platform makes you lose the platform's protection and risks falling victim to fraud or deception.

Buyers and travelers are not recommended to exchange contact information (including phone numbers and email addresses) before accepting a delivery offer and paying for it.

If someone offers you a deal outside Parlaxy (e.g., send money directly or give cash), there is a high risk of losing your money or order. Please report such cases by informing our customer support. This will not only ensure your safety but also protect other buyers from potential fraud.

A deal outside Parlaxy violates the Terms of Use. The entire Parlaxy team provides a service where you can find a buyer or traveler for order deliveries and can trust each other. If someone offers or agrees to a deal outside the platform, we reserve the right to block all accounts involved in the violation. Traveler accounts are linked to the documents provided during verification, preventing possible re-registration.

If you received what you ordered, but it does not suit you for some reason (defect from the seller, which is possible even when ordering directly from their site, wrong size, etc.), do not expect a refund from Parlaxy. If part of the order does not suit you, a partial refund is also not possible.

What we recommend in this case:

• You can contact the traveler. Perhaps they can return or exchange the item for you and later deliver it to you again.
• You can sell the unsuitable item on local marketplaces.
