Parlaxy is a platform that connects buyers with travelers. Buyers find desired products in other countries, and travelers bring them for a reward, utilizing spare space in their luggage. Purchases and deliveries are paid through Parlaxy; funds are securely held until delivery is confirmed.

What buyers should know:

• Buyers can view traveler profiles, chat with them, and decide whom they trust. At the same time, Parlaxy verifies travelers to add an extra layer of security.
• The buyer pays for the product and delivery on Parlaxy only after agreeing with a traveler.
• The money is held by Parlaxy and released only after the buyer confirms that the item has been received.
• If the item is not delivered, damaged, or incorrect, contact our support — we will issue a refund.
• Ask the traveler for the receipt and original packaging to make sure they bought the product from the store you shared.

What travelers should know:

• Parlaxy notifies the traveler when the order is paid for and the money is held securely. Only then should the traveler purchase the item. This way, the traveler is guaranteed to receive their payment.
• If the traveler buys exactly the item in the order (based on the link) and delivers it in proper condition (not damaged), they will get paid — even if the buyer changes their mind.
• Travelers must check in advance whether customs duties apply for importing/exporting the product, and if so, discuss and include those costs in the final price.

Parlaxy strongly recommends keeping all communication inside the platform and never making deals outside of it. This helps prevent fraud. If someone suggests going off-platform, report it by clicking the “Report” button on the user’s profile.

3. If you’re a buyer, insert the product link or use our search to compare prices across European stores. Buyers can find suitable travelers under their order or browse travel feeds.
4. If you’re a traveler, specify your travel dates and destinations. Travelers can view order feeds and contact buyers whose items they can deliver. Remember, travelers purchase items with their own money and receive payment after delivery confirmation.
