Usually, finding a new traveler takes up to 72 hours. If you haven't found a traveler within this time, here are a few reasons why there may be no delivery offers:
- The item is too large or heavy to fit in a normal-sized suitcase.
- The product is prohibited from being imported into your country.
- The product is out of stock in the store.
- The product is no longer available at the price listed in the order.
- Watch for messages from travelers. Before accepting your order, travelers may inform you of details about the order if they have questions, or if your product is out of stock, or if the product price has changed.
- No traveler is traveling to your city within the specified time frame.
- Travelers cannot deliver your order within the specified time frame. Try moving the delivery date to a later date. Since travelers need to wait for the delivery of your product before their trip, delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on the retailer or seller from whom you requested the product.
