You can cancel your order before you accept a delivery offer. If the delivery offer has not been accepted yet or a traveler has not been found - you can cancel the order. This can be done directly in the order details: click “Hide order” and it will disappear from the order feed, and also inform the travelers you have already started communicating with that you have changed your mind.
However, by accepting a delivery offer and paying for the order, you commit to the purchase and delivery.
If the traveler has not yet purchased your item, request to cancel the order from them.
