How Parlaxy works for buyers

Parlaxy is the best way to get items that are unavailable or too expensive in your country. With Parlaxy, you can order practically anything, from children's goods and toys to dietary supplements.

1. Find the desired item in any online store and paste the link into the order form.
   • You can place an order without a link by selecting an item that is easily purchasable in the desired country. In this case, make sure you understand the price of the item.
   • Provide detailed information about the item, such as color, size, model, etc.
   • Ensure that the price matches the price on the website where the item is listed.
   • You can add multiple items to one order.
2. Specify where your item can be delivered from, your location and desired delivery date.
   • Select the city where the item needs to be delivered.
   • Determine how long you are willing to wait to receive the item.
3. Confirm your order.
   • You will see the estimated order total including sales tax (if applicable, depending on the region) and applicable fees. This is not the final price. After receiving offers from travelers, you can choose the best offer based on price and delivery date.
   • You won't pay for the service until you accept the delivery terms from the traveler. Before accepting an offer, you can contact the traveler via Parlaxy messenger if you have any questions.
4. Accept the delivery offer and pay for the order.
   • Once you accept the delivery offer from the traveler, you will be redirected to the payment page. The delivery offer is confirmed only after payment confirmation.
   • Payment will be deducted only after the offer is accepted and payment is confirmed. Your money will be safe with Parlaxy, and we will only release it to the traveler after the delivery of the item is confirmed.
5. Meet with the traveler.
   • Contact the traveler as the delivery date approaches via our messenger.
   • Arrange a meeting with the traveler in a public place. Familiarize yourself with our trust and safety recommendations.
   • Check the item upon receipt and confirm receipt of the order on the website. Traveler will take a photo of you and your order. If there are any issues with the order after receiving it, please contact us within 72 hours.

1. Provide information about your trip by filling out the travel form.
   • Ensure you enter the correct travel dates based on your flight and planned arrival date.
2. Confirm your identity and add a bank account for payment.
   • Parlaxy aims to create a safe community for all users. Before you can make a delivery offer, you will be prompted to start the identity verification process.

3. Review existing orders that you can deliver and make your offers.
   • Ensure the price matches the price on the website where the item is listed before making an offer. You can message the buyer to inform them of any issues with the order using our messenger.
   • Make sure that the item complies with the customs regulations for import/export from the specified countries.
   • Make sure to include all additional expenses in your delivery offer, including the cost of shipping the item to your address and customs duties. Keep all receipts.
4. Purchase the item.
   • Contact the buyer through our messenger to clarify any additional details and purchase the item with your money. Your buyer has already paid for the order - Parlaxy holds the money in a deposit account.
5. Meet with the buyer and receive payment.
   • Keep in touch with the buyer as the delivery date approaches.
   • Pack the item(s) in your luggage.
   • Arrange a meeting with the buyer in a public place. Learn more about trust and safety recommendations here.
   • Offer the buyer to check the item upon receipt and confirm the delivery of the order through our app or website (don’t forget to take a photo of a buyer together with his order). Your expenses and rewards will be compensated 7 business days after confirmation.
