For your safety and convenience, we recommend that travelers and buyers agree in advance to meet in public places. Many users prefer to meet in parks, cozy cafes, or hotels where the traveler is staying. Use our built-in chat to coordinate a convenient time and meeting place.

We oppose the use of profanity, aggression, and threats. Violating these rules will result in a warning. In case of repeated violations, your account may be blocked.

With Parlaxy, you can buy anything – from clothing and shoes to premium goods, electronics, medicines, and supplements. To get started, create an order: share with travelers what you need, where to buy it, how much it costs, and what you are willing to pay. If possible, include a link from the online store. You can add multiple items and several links to one order. You can also make the order permanent so that it is always visible in the feed.
Once you publish your order, it will appear in the general order feed. Travelers heading to that country or region can choose you from the list. You can also find travelers going in your desired direction by accessing the travel feed and using filters. All travelers undergo passport verification and take their mission seriously.
Arrange with the traveler a meeting place and time that suits both of you to hand over the purchase, as well as the amount of compensation the traveler will receive.
Choose the appropriate delivery offer and accept it. You can pay for the order with a card. Don’t worry, we’ll transfer your funds to the traveler only after the delivery is completed. You can accept offers from multiple travelers for the same order if you need the item in several copies (for example, when customs rules limit the quantity), and in this case, multiple transactions will be created. However, you will need to pay for each transaction separately. After entering your payment details, the information is sent directly to our payment processor, Stripe, which uses powerful encryption to ensure the confidentiality and security of your banking information and also securely holds your funds.
