Travelers often remove packaging to save space in their luggage. If you ordered a valuable item or want to receive it in its original packaging, notify the traveler in advance by selecting the appropriate option when creating the order. If the traveler cannot keep the original packaging after it has been confirmed, you can request a refund through the Parlaxy guarantee. If your item is difficult to deliver with packaging or requires a large suitcase for transportation, the traveler may request additional compensation.
