In this case, you will constantly need travelers who will periodically bring you the required item. To avoid recreating the same order multiple times, you can mark it as regular and create deals with different travelers within it. Each deal can have different conditions – delivery dates and payment amounts may vary depending on the traveler.

If you want to stop ordering, you can click the “Hide order” button, and it will disappear from the orders feed. The entire history of this order will be saved, and you can always resume the order by clicking “Publish order” again.
