If you received what you ordered but it does not suit you for some reason (defect from the seller, which is possible even when ordering directly from their site, wrong size, etc.), do not expect a refund from Parlaxy. If part of the order does not suit you, it is also impossible to return part of the order amount.
What we recommend in this case:
- you can contact the traveler. Perhaps they can return or exchange the item for you and later deliver it to you again.
- you can sell the unsuitable item on local marketplaces.
