Parlaxy aims to create a safe community for all service users. We need to verify some details of your account before you make your first delivery request. This is how Parlaxy ensures the security of its platform, fights fraud, and improves the quality of services provided.

Identity verification is securely carried out using Stripe. Stripe technology is widely used by millions of companies, including giants such as Amazon, Google, and Zoom. How do I verify my identity?

Step 1: Prepare your document

Make sure your document has not expired. If a signature is required, ensure it's in the right place. Stripe accepts driver's licenses, national ID cards, or passports.

Step 2: Go to the "My Profile" section

Log into your Parlaxy account and go to the menu section by clicking on your image in the upper right corner of the site.

Select the "Payment Account" section — "Create"

When registering, you specify your country of residence. The country is a mandatory field during registration. After specifying the country, the system will conduct a check to ensure that the country is suitable for creating a payment account, as Parlaxy cannot make payments to all countries. You can learn more about this here. If the check is successful, you will be able to continue the process of connecting a bank account.

Step 3: Verify your identity and specify the account to which money will be withdrawn

When verifying your identity, you will need to add your address, phone number, and upload a photo of a valid document confirming your identity. This information is stored on Stripe and processed according to Stripe's rules.

After creating the account, you will be able to change only its data if necessary. You will not need to verify your identity again.

Verification will take 3-5 minutes.

Yes, the process is secure. Data is transmitted through encrypted TLS channels using AES-256 encryption.   • Do I need to go through the identity verification procedure every time I create a new trip?

No, verification is required only once. After successfully completing the verification process, you do not need to go through it again.

  • Do I need a webcam?

No, a webcam is not needed to complete the identity verification procedure.

  • How long does it take to verify my document?

This depends on the image quality and country, but the process usually takes from 5 seconds to 5 minutes.

  • Can I send a black and white photo of my ID?

No, you need to upload a color image without alterations and watermarks.

  • What happens if I don't pass the identity verification procedure?

You will be asked to go through the process again.

  • Can I send a photo of my ID to Parlaxy support so you can complete the verification procedure on my behalf?

Please do not send photos of your personal data directly to Parlaxy. For security purposes and to comply with all privacy rules, we cannot complete the verification procedure on your behalf.
