What to Do if Notifications Don’t Work on Windows?

If after enabling the notifications in the profile settings, the notifications still do not work, we recommend to check on your Windows device the following settings:

  1. Check site permissions:

Open the Parlaxy website in the browser you use

Click on the lock icon (or info icon) on the left side of the address bar

Make sure the Notifications setting is set to Allow

If it was blocked, change it to Allow and reload the page

  • Google Chrome:

Click the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings

Go to Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Notifications

Make sure Parlaxy is in the list of Allowed sites

  • Microsoft Edge:

Click the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings

Go to Site Permissions → Notifications

Make sure Parlaxy is allowed

  • Mozilla Firefox:

Click the three lines in the top-right corner → Settings

Go to Privacy & Security → Permissions → Notifications

Make sure Parlaxy is allowed for notifications

  • Opera:

Click the O icon in the top-left corner → Settings

Go to Privacy & Security → Site Settings → Notifications

Make sure Parlaxy is allowed

  1. Check Windows system notifications:

Open Settings (Win + I)

Go to System → Notifications & actions

Make sure the Notifications toggle is turned on

Scroll down and find the browser you use for Parlaxy Ensure notifications are enabled for this browser
