You need to go to your Personal Profile. To do this, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page, then select “Personal Data.” On the opened page, find the “Profile Actions” block. Choose the “Delete” button.
This will automatically create a message for our support team with information that you want to delete your profile. The support team will carefully review the information related to your profile (such as any unpaid payments or completed orders, and any specific agreements) and will contact you if necessary to clarify any details. Once all issues are resolved, the support team will delete your profile.
Please note, when deleting your profile, you will lose all history of orders, trips, and contacts.
