Why haven't I received email notifications?

You need to check in your Personal Profile if email notifications are enabled for you.

To do this, click on your name in the top right corner of the page, then select "Personal Information". On the page that opens, find the Settings section - Email Notifications and check that the "Messages/Orders/Trips" checkbox is selected. If it is not selected, then check the box here and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

If the checkbox is selected, but notifications are not coming to your email, check the "Spam" folder in your email. If there are no emails from Parlaxy in the "Spam" folder, please contact our .
