After you have completed the identification process and added payment account information, all subsequent payments will be made to this account within 7 business days from the buyer's confirmation of order receipt.
Parlaxy strongly recommends taking a photo of the buyer with the received order as proof of order delivery. This can be sent in the chat with the buyer.
If the buyer does not confirm the order within 3 calendar days and you have a photo of the buyer with the order, we will make the payment to you within 7 business days from the end of the 3 calendar days after the order delivery.
If the buyer complains about the received order within 3 calendar days from the order receipt, Parlaxy will take 48 hours to review the complaint to resolve the issue. For this, it is very important that all your communication takes place in the Parlaxy messenger. Parlaxy support will review the complaint and decide whether to pay the traveler or refund the buyer if it is determined that the traveler did not fulfill the order conditions.
