Your payment is held by Parlaxy and is not transferred to the traveler until the transaction is fully completed.
After receiving the order, you have 3 days to make sure everything is in order. Only after that will we release the payment to the traveler.
If the product doesn’t match the order or is damaged, we’ll return your payment.
Ask for the receipt and packaging. Check the product upon receipt.

Your money is protected — the traveler doesn’t get paid until you receive your order.
How it works:
If the traveler fails to deliver the item or there’s an issue — you’ll receive a full refund.
You pay for:
The final amount is visible before payment — no hidden fees.
You can specify a particular store or link for the product, as well as discuss the details with the traveler in advance. To verify authenticity, use the options “Need a receipt” and “Need packaging” — this will help confirm the purchase origin.
We recommend checking the import regulations for a specific product in your country in advance. In most cases, travelers bring goods as personal items, so no additional duties are applied. If there is an expected duty for the product, we suggest adding this amount to the reward for the traveler. In case of delays, we advise you to use common sense – if a flight is canceled or delayed, it is not the traveler’s fault. For such situations, we recommend contacting our , and we will help resolve the issue.
