How to order through Parlaxy?

Parlaxy offers a unique opportunity to purchase goods that are either unavailable or too expensive in your country. With Parlaxy, you can order almost everything, from children's goods and toys to dietary supplements.

1. Find the desired product on any online store. Copy the link and paste it on the order creation page in Parlaxy. Make sure to enter detailed information about the product, such as color, size, model, etc. Ensure that the price matches the price on the website where the desired product is listed.
2. Specify your location and the time you want to receive the desired product. Choose the city where you live and where you want the item to be delivered from, and specify how long you are willing to wait to receive the item.
3. Confirm your order. You will see an approximate total amount including sales tax and applicable fees. This is not the final price. As you receive offers from travelers, you can choose the one that best suits you in terms of price and delivery date. Payment will only be charged after you accept the delivery terms from the traveler. If you have any questions, you can contact the traveler through the Parlaxy messenger before accepting the offer.
4. Accept the delivery offer and pay for the order. Once you accept the delivery offer from the traveler, you will be redirected to the payment page. The delivery offer will only be confirmed after payment confirmation. Payment will only be charged after accepting the offer and confirming the payment. However, don't worry, your money will be safe with Parlaxy, and we will transfer it to the traveler only after you confirm receipt of the goods.
5. Meet the traveler. Keep in touch with the traveler as the arrival date approaches through our internal messenger. Arrange to meet the traveler in a public place. Learn more in our trust and safety recommendations. Check your product upon receipt and confirm the order in our app or on the website. If you find any issues with your order after receiving it, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
