How to connect a bank account for payment?

Before creating your first trip, each traveler will need to go through a verification process.

1. During registration, you indicate your country of residence. Country is a required field during registration.
2. After specifying the country, the system will conduct a check to ensure that the country is suitable for creating a payment account, as Parlaxy cannot make payments to all countries. You can learn more about this here. If the check is successful, you will be able to continue the process of connecting a bank account.
3. In the next step, you will need to verify your identity and specify the account to which the money will be withdrawn. When verifying your identity, you will need to add your address, phone number, and upload a photo of a valid document confirming your identity. This information is stored on Stripe and processed according to Stripe's rules.
4. After creating the account, you will only be able to change its details if necessary. You will not need to verify your identity again.

Please note that you cannot change the country on your own. For this, you need to contact customer support.

If your country is not on the list of available countries for payments, you will receive a notification that delivery to your country is not possible at the moment. In this case, let us know which countries we should add to the list as soon as possible so that we can better understand your needs.
