You can communicate directly with the buyer through the built-in Parlaxy messenger. Discuss the order details with them, clarify the product parameters such as size, weight, color, and other specifics before purchasing it. We also recommend using this messenger to agree on the meeting place and time. In case of a dispute, Parlaxy will have access to your communication with the buyer.

Below are recommendations to ensure a positive experience for both you and the buyer:

Accepting the preliminary offer:

  • Make sure the product price matches the link in the store. If not, notify the buyer to make changes.
  • Ensure that there are no additional shipping costs to your address (e.g., sales tax). If there are, include them in your delivery offer.
  • Anticipate any additional costs, such as customs duties or local courier fees (if the buyer requires courier delivery), and include them in your delivery offer. Note that refunds from Parlaxy do not cover amounts not included in your offer.

Accepting the order after confirmation:
