After you have completed the identification process and added payout account information, all subsequent payouts will be made to this account within 3 business days from the buyer's confirmation of order receipt.
Parlaxy strongly recommends taking a photo of the buyer with the received order as proof of the order transfer. It can be sent in the chat with the buyer.
In case the buyer does not confirm the order within 3 calendar days and provided you have a photo of the buyer with the order, we will make the payment to you 72 hours after sending the confirmation photo in the chat. Usually it takes up to 7 days to appear money at your bank account (depends on bank).
If the buyer complains about the received order within 3 calendar days of receiving it, Parlaxy takes 48 hours to review the complaint to address the issue. It is very important that all your communication takes place in the Parlaxy messenger. The Parlaxy support team will review the complaint and decide on the payment to the traveler or the refund to the buyer if it finds that the traveler did not fulfill the order conditions.
