Buyers may reject your offer if too many travelers offer delivery for one order or if someone is willing to complete the delivery for a lower reward. This can also happen if you requested too high a reward or if the delivery date does not satisfy the buyer.
We recommend contacting the buyer immediately after you send them a delivery offer. Often buyers prefer to accept the first received offers and respond more quickly to messages from travelers who respond promptly.
